10 miles on a windy morning. I still feel slow and sluggish. My knee felt good.

Question for all you running people: I was at sea level for a week...how long should it take for my body to become readjusted to altitude?

8 miles around Murray in the dark. I love watching the sun come up over Mt. Olympus. (Miss you Allie)

My legs felt good and there were no knee issues. Crossing my fingers! 2 mile cool down.

7 miles around Murray/Cottonwood Track. There were two high school boys there with their shirts off...I felt old and had some impure thoughts...#JesushelpmeCTR 7:14 AP

18 miles with Emily. I did not feel good from the get go. Stomach issues and tired legs. But I pushed through and was able to finish. Thanks Emily! Our last mile was a 6:44 so we were able to push it at the end (or we just wanted to be done faster!)  7:10 AP.
