10 miles on a windy morning. I still feel slow and sluggish. My knee felt good.
Question for all you running people: I was at sea level for a week...how long should it take for my body to become readjusted to altitude?

You probably didn't lose anything in one week of dropping down in altitude. You don't really turn over red blood cells that quick.
Generally any sluggishness is all about catching up on sleep after vacation and getting back into a normal routine.

Thanks Jake. I think you are right...walking around Disneyland all day is more exhausting than I thought. I think we walked about 8 miles a day!

Sitting is obviously the devil... but walking around for 15 hours a day on concrete takes a lot out of you as well!
