9 miles around Murray. Almost got hit by a car...this seems to happen most mornings. It's getting old. 7:25 AP #idontwanttodie

2.5 mile warm up to Murray High track. Be-a-utiful day! I wore a t-shirt and shorts. 5x1 mile repeats with 400 meter jog recovery.

5:47, 5:48, 5:49, 5:49, 5:49.

I was definitely tired by the last one. I wanted to push it and run a 5:45 or faster but I just couldn't. Regardless, I'm happy with this workout. 2 mile cool down.

7 miles around my neighborhood. My legs are tired from all this marathon training. I hope tomorrows' long run is tolerable.

21 miles with a 7 mile tempo thrown in. James, John, Devra and I met at Liberty and ran up 1300 South to 1100 East and ran the SL Marathon course (miles 9-24). We warmed up 5.5 miles and ran our tempo through part of Sugar House and into Holladay. I fell behind Devra and James a couple times during the tempo but I still was able to give a good effort. I'm glad I was able to push hard on a couple hills that will be challenging come race day.

Tempo AP-6:30ish James (runmehappy) has the splits posted on his blog
AP for entire run-7:07
