Track Tuesday. It didn't rain on me which was good, but my legs felt like jello. My splits were slower than I wanted. But I was able to push through it and get some good turn over. I think that effort can sometimes be just as important as hitting fast times. And this workout was hard for me. I think Sunday's long run up and down the canyon beat my legs up more than I realized.
2x1600, 1x1200, 2x800, 1x400 (400 meter recovery jog, 1 minute after last 800)

Not horribly fast but it was challenging. I'm proud of myself for pushing through it. I'm going to run easy the rest of the week.
