| It was a gorgeous day! Perfect weather, blue sky, slight breeze, 50 degrees. I decided to hit the track since it's been a while since I've run anything under 6:20 pace.
5x800-2:48, 2:48, 2:47, 2:46, 2:44 (400 meter recovery jog)
2x400-78, 77 (1 minute rest)
The workout wasn't too hard. I wasn't dying at the end but I didn't want to be. I wanted something relatively easy because it's been over a month and a half since I've run fast. I'm happy with it. 3 mile warm up and cool down.

| Today I wanted to run each mile faster than the one before. I wanted to give a decent effort. But it was only 20 degrees and I didn't want to pull a muscle (my hamstring is still sensitive). For the most part, I accomplished my goal except for the last couple miles.
