Track workout. Warmed up 2 miles. 4x1 mile (400 recovery). I haven't hit the track in almost two months so I wasn't expecting it to be spectacular...and it wasn't. 5:59, 5:55, 5:58, 6:00. Cooled down 2 miles.

15 miles with Devra and Tee. We started at Tee's house by Brighton High and run up to Big Cottonwood Canyon, Wasatch, down 3900 South, back along 2300 East. Lots of hills! The last two miles are straight uphill...good training. 7:15 AP.
