10 miles
9 miles. Sports bra and shorts are my favorite.
Tempo. 2 mile warm up, 6 mile tempo (6:34, 6:23, 6:18, 6:32, 6:18, 6:13). 2 mile cool down. I ran my 3 mile neighborhood loop twice. I felt really good!
8 miles before 7:00 am. Today is field day and I'm in charge...it's gonna be a LONG day!
6 miles around Wheeler Farm.
