Track workout at Murray High with all the hormonal pubescent teenagers in gym class. There were 3 classes out on the track/field this morning. Luckily, my old gym teacher was there and recognized me and told the kids to stay out of lane 1. Sweet!

I was kinda all over the place and couldn't really keep pace. But I'm happy with how fast I was able to do them. I got some good turnover which I hope will help for Saturday's race. Although I'm not planning on really racing...just going to give it a "good" effort.
