10 mile fartlek run this morning. I did 2 sets of 5-4-3-2-1 (2 minute recovery jog between the 5-4 and 1 minute between the 3-2-1) That last set we pretty hard but it felt good to push myself past my comfort level. Beautiful weather this morning!

Awesome workout Jen! Fartleks are such a great way to break up the run and get good speed in without overthinking it. I love it!

Yeah, I don't recommend doing it twice. I don't know how affective the last set was because I was pretty tried. Probably wasn't very fast.
