10 miles with Rebekah. 7:10 AP
8 recovery
11.5 miles. 2 mile warm up, 8 mile tempo (6:27 AP), 1.5 mile cool down. I ran this tempo with Rebekah and she puked. It was awesome.
9 miles with my sister wife
7 miles at Wheeeeeler Farm with my sister wife
21 miles with Emily. I felt pretty good the entire time. Poor Emily only got a couple hours of sleep and she wasn't feeling spunky. 7:10 AP
