Warmed up 2 miles, 4 mile tempo (6:30, 6:18, 6:18, 6:17), 3 mile cool down. I felt a little better today. The first mile was hard and slower than I wanted but it's hard for my body to warm up so early in the morning. I really hate tempo's but they are so good for my training. My goal is to keep bringing the pace down while increasing the mileage.
