Short-Term Running Goals:

Look up more and appreicate Mother Nature. 

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I hope to really race the last 10K of a marathon and not just "survive" it!

15 miles with James, Emily and Daniel. We ran my favorite route through Holladay. We did 2 miles at 6:30ish pace for James. He is going to do great next week! He is ready. I'm amazed at how much he has improved over this past year. Big things are going to happen for him. 7:13 AP.
