Rest. I walked 2 miles.
45 minutes on the spin bike. Stretchy stretchy foam rolling
5 miles. My legs felt surprisingly good. Nice easy pace. 8:00 AP. I had to redrain all my blisters when I got home.
5 miles again this morning. Legs feel good but I'm still keeping it nice and slow. 8:00 AP again.
5 miles again. 7:40 AP
8 miles. It seemed long after a week of rest. 7:45 AP. Still recovering.
