11 miles. Nothing too exciting. It felt good to work the demons out of my legs from traveling in the car yesterday. 7:20 AP.
8 miles with Tori. We ran at Wheeler Farm because she had never run there before! She loved it! 7:30 AP.
Track workout. 6x800 with 90 second recovery. Splits: 2:53, 2:51, 2:50, 2:48, 2:48, 2:49.
8 miles around Murray. Tired legs. 7:28 AP.
10K through Holladay. Felt better today. 6:56 AP.
13 miles up Big Cottonwood Trail to Wasatch and then back down. Nice and easy. I hit two 6:30's on the way down and my last mile was a 6:18. Felt good! :) 7:12 AP.
