2 mile warm up. 2x3 miles with 3 minute active recovery.
6:22, 6:10, 6:05- 18:37 (6:12 AP)
6:15, 6:12, 6:06- 18:33 (6:11 AP)
2 mile cool down. I felt really good again today. The last mile of each set was a little uncomfortable but 6:05 pace is much faster than my MP. The plan is to take it really easy here on out with a little 3 mile tempo on Monday. Gotta love/hate the taper.
