Hello again FRB! It's been a crazy month with my foot injury, illness and a spontaneous trip to Hawaii! But I'm home now and feeling better. I've gotten back into my normal routine. 7 miles today by old Cottonwood Mall and down Walker Ln. 7:17 AP. I started doing my leg PT exercises again this week and holy cow...I'm so sore! Running has been painful this week. 

Side note...I've gotta give a big shout out to my girl Emily! Good luck with your race this weekend! Allie, I miss you!

welcome back! good to see you have been running and the foot is feeling alright. didn't know if you were off the wagon due to injury. glad you are not.
