Today I wanted to run each mile faster than the one before. I wanted to give a decent effort. But it was only 20 degrees and I didn't want to pull a muscle (my hamstring is still sensitive). For the most part, I accomplished my goal except for the last couple miles.
7:35, 7:14, 7:08, 7:05, 7:10 (steep hill), 6:35, 6:20, 6:16, 6:24, 6:40, 6:28 (last .4 miles)
