Well, I did it. I forced myself to do a track workout today. I really hope the speed helps my legs feel better. I had to share the track with the football team, the girls soccer team and the cross country team. It was busy.

2x400- 1:22, 1:20
Not super fast and I felt pretty crappy while doing it. But it is done.
