Track workout today. I warmed up 3 miles, did 2 laps of speed changes, 7x800 (400 recovery jog), 1.5 mile cool down.
I did all my 800's in 2:49...Seriously, I crossed the line at that exact time every time. I don't know if my consistency is a good thing or a bad thing. I felt like I was pushing it on the last two but they were still 2:49. I wanted to run a little faster. But, it is what it is. Consistent Connie is my name... :)
