Track workout (aka-sweat fest). It was super humid this morning and I was dripping with sweat. Gross.
4x1 mile repeats at MHS track (400 recovery). Once again, I was very consistent:
5:49, 5:48, 5:49, 5:48.
3 mile warm up and cooldown.
Barbie's Jealousy Racing Flats Miles: 5.00
Nimbus 17 Bowie's Morning Look Miles: 6.20
