Track workout at Cottowood High. 4x1600 (with 400 meter recovery jog) and 4x400 meters.
Splits: 5:48, 5:49, 5:49, 5:49 (I'm so consistent!) and 79, 79, 80, 80.
I'm happy with this workout and I felt like I had some gas left in the tank at the end so that's promising. Cottonwood's XC tream was on the track for my last two 400's and they thought I was crazy fast. Those high school kids look so young to me...I must be getting old :P
