Look up more and appreicate Mother Nature.

I hope to really race the last 10K of a marathon and not just "survive" it!

Long run with Devra and Allie along the new Salt Lake Half course. It's going to be an interesting race with some good uphills, steep downhills and a few long gradual uphills in the middle. 7:15 AP

the elevation profile is at the bottom -- still seems a bit deceptive but gives a clearer view of where the hills are.

the course came up just a bit short because i was guessing where the start line is, but i think it's a pretty good estimate of pace changes with each mile.
