I felt pretty good this morning so I decided to do a little tempo. I ran my favorite hilly 8 mile course with 3 miles added on. I gradually increased my tempo pace and didn't want to push too hard. Just get comfortable. 6:44, 6:32, 6:30, 6:26, 6:30. Not too fast but it felt really comfortable and I wasn't dying at the end. 7:00 AP.
