Back to running on land again! Yahoo! I ran my usual Holladay route. I still feel like I'm on a boat and I could feel the effects of being at sea level for a week and returning to our altitude. Seemed hard...7:22 AP.

welcome back! good job being disciplined enough to run on the wavy cruise ship TM all week.
i'm staying off the track this week, but i'll get back to it next week and i would love to join you for a workout or just a run. also, if you're interested...on monday morning it's the slc track club memorial day meet at 9 am (highland high). 1600m relay (2 person teams, alt every 400m) and two prediction runs (no watches allowed). there will be batons and prizes and i'm pretty sure we are allowed to run naked.
