Hot and humid this morning. I almost canceled my workout plans because I hate the heat. But I decided to just tough it out (it's good training right?). 2 mile warm up.

3x3 mile (3 minute rest/jog between)

(6:38, 6:20, 6:15)- 19:15
(6:20, 6:12, 6:09)- 18:44
(6:24, 6:21, 6:10)- 18:55

Half mile cool down because I was short on time and had to get home to get my kids ready for school. I'm happy with this workout although I wish I could have pushed it harder that last set. I can't believe I only have two and a half weeks of hard training left before I start tapering for SG. I don't think I'll really taper until two weeks out so I really have three and a half weeks.
