First 20 miler of my marathon training. I ran with Devra up Big Cottonwood Trail to Wasatch to Millcreek and turned around. I felt pretty good the entire time and wasn't dying at the end so that's a bonus! 7:14 AP.

Allie...Everything came out fine in the end

James...I'd like to get several 20 milers in and a few 22 milers. I'm running PART of your 31 miles with you. I'll be running 32 miles in May, you in?

You guys are a couple stud-ettes.

What day for the 32 miles? If you run it the last weekend in May, I will do all 32.
