I hope to really race the last 10K of a marathon and not just "survive" it!

Sub 1:20 half marathon
Sub 2:50 marathon
MOVE SOMEWHERE REALLY WARM!
I run to stay sane because without a little "me" time each day, I might just go nuts!
16 miles with Daniel and then 4 more on my own at the Horse Park. Daniel and I ran from his house to Temple Square and then back up. Lots of climbing. My car said it was 19 degrees when we started. Brrrr! Pace was nice and slow. 7:40 AP.
6 miles with Emily. I love her!
9 miles. Slow.
Track day. Nothing super fast. 2x1 mile (6:10), 2x800 (3:01), 4x400 (1:20).
10 miles with Daniel through Holladay.
8 miles long the beach in Monterey, California. Amazing views! I love this place.
